Employment Recruiting
All phases of recruitment services are available including:  assisting employers with defining job descriptions; listing, collecting and prescreening job applications, cover letters and/or resumes; assisting with scheduling interviews and/or sitting on interview panels. Conference and Interview Facilities
Facilities are available for use during regular business hours. Large and small conference rooms can be reserved for your business meetings. Audio/visual equipment and supplies, such as phone, fax, copier, will be made available.

Business Seminars and Workshops
Business seminars and classes are offered by the Sutter County One Stop, or in partnership with Small Business Development Centers, Economic Development Organizations, Chambers of Commerce and other Business organizations.

We are able to provide subsidized training and customized training to businesses based on their recruitment needs.

Labor Market Information
Our trained staff is available to assist employers in accessing relevant and current labor market information, e.g. California Cooperative Occupational Information System, Employment Development Department and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, etc.

Testing and Assessment Services

Tax Credits
An experienced Business Services representative can discuss tax credit programs such as
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), the Enterprise Zone, or the HUBZone to see if your
business is eligible to take advantage of tax incentives to help you save money.
