Abilities:

Applicants must have a truck, own tools, lawn equipment, a camera, and access to a computer and internet. Must be able to receive work orders, complete paperwork in a timely fashion, and work a flexible schedule. Supervise serving staff; work with management on special events; work as a F/T Server who will work into the Head Server role.

Landscaping for business customers, mowing, edging, trimming etc.

Ability to possess  excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language; must have a least 6 months of prior experience in landscape techniques; must be hard working, honest, dependable, a team player with the ability to follow instructions; must take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision; must have a valid California driver’s license/clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen and background check; must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.

Conduct a variety of professional nursing services; perform general counseling and professional nursing care and treatment of the mentally ill; does related or other work as required; may interview and take case histories of consumers; give prescribed treatments; record data; make necessary referrals, demonstrate and teach hygiene and nursing care; provide some training in nursing practices; supervises and participates in psychiatric assessments, evaluates, coordinates and supervises multi-disciplinary treatment plans and additional duties as assigned.

Ability to work with other staff in planning and coordinating psychiatric health service programs, gather information and maintain records; insure proper confidentiality of medical information; ability to participate in therapy groups, individual counseling and family conferences; may provide crisis intervention; 2 years responsible work experience in providing professional nursing services required; must possess a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California; varied work schedule within this 24 hour facility.

Maintains appearance and integrity of the Community’s facilities; performs general construction, installations, rebuild and reassemble (i.e. carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, key/lock systems and roof repair); performs minor electrical maintenance and lighting repairs; performs various safety inspections; maintains exterior concrete paving; assists in maintaining shrubbery, lawns and grounds; maintains high confidentiality standards at all times; all other duties as assigned.

Ability to build and install cubicle wall systems; ability to move boxes, furniture and equipment; 3 years related experience preferable with general building construction maintenance; PC knowledge required; general use of basic tools and power tools and ability to operate motorized equipment; must be able to read and interpret hazard labels, OSHA warnings and product instructions; high school graduate or GED required.

Ability to problem solve and have basic knowledge of clients with mental illness; ability to tolerate stressful interactions with mentally ill residents and work as a team; must be 18+ years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen; must possess a valid CA driver’s license and vehicle insurance; ability to stand, sit, bend, push, pull, lift 60+ pounds without limitation; must have a flexible schedule and available to work weekends; must have 1 year experience in a residential care facility and or CNA or MA with experience; high school diploma or GED required.

Provide meal preparation; dining room supervision; cleans and maintains food service equipment and facilities; serves meals and snacks; monitors client health and safety; insures the facility is maintained at a level of safety and acceptable cleanliness.

Ability to work and tolerate stressful interactions with mentally ill adults; have knowledge of food service equipment; must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical; hours and shifts will vary; one year of previous food service experience preferred; must be a minimum of 18+ years of age and have a valid CA driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Provide housekeeping and janitorial care and support to all residents within the facility for a Psychiatric Care and Residential Units; ensure that the facility is maintained at a level of safety and acceptable cleanliness.

Ability to tolerate stressful interactions with mentally ill adults; communicate with said residents; must be able to pass a criminal background check, physical and pre-employment drug screening; must have a valid CA driver’s license with insurance; work schedule to vary based on employer’s needs; 1 year of housekeeping/janitorial experience is preferred; must be a minimum of 18+ years of age.

  Abilities:

Ability to work a flexible schedule and weekend work is a must; prefer previous experience as a Caregiver; must be able to pass a criminal background clearance; responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort and wellness of our residents by providing quality care.

Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Special Education/SELPA, screen, assess, and provide specialized speech and language services to children and young adults who qualify for services as established by State standards; participate in developing and implementing Individual Educational Plans (IEP's) for students who qualify for Designated Instructional Services (DIS)

Evaluate, plan and implement goals and objectives to meet the communication needs of individual students; conduct screening and full scale language and speech assessment as necessary; provide speech and language therapy; learn and utilize adaptive technology and program electronic communication aids; create and implement activities to achieve improvements in student speech and language; understand and relate to children with special needs; monitor and evaluate student progress;  communicate effectively both orally and in writing to parents/other educators/professionals in related fields.

Provide occupational therapy services to students maintain a safe and orderly treatment area, conduct assessments of students to determine need for occupational therapy facilitate in-service training, participate in multi-disciplinary team assessments and reporting, provide consultation to the educational system regarding student needs, professional needs and system needs in order for the system to achieve its goals and objectives, provide reassessments of students and communicate the needs of students focusing on areas of need at intervals determined to be educationally relevant, communicate effectively both orally and in writing
