General Laborer: FT- 40 hours per week, wage is considered payable as piecework and  based upon completed work.

    Duties: Local company is currently hiring for General Laborer's to work in securing foreclosed homes across California. Essential job duties are to change locks,  remodel, paint, provide fence repairs, lawn care, pool drainings, winterizations, debris removal, inspections, hazardous removal, and more.

  Abilities:

 

Applicants must have a truck, own tools, lawn equipment, a camera, and access to a computer and internet. Must be able to receive work orders, complete paperwork in a timely fashion, and work a flexible schedule. Maintenance Technician II: F/T, Wage is $10.00 per hour.
