Abilities:

Assist Owner, Desktop Publisher and Office Manager with “back office” duties; word processing from handwritten and verbal dictation; clerical filing (extensive); assist with maintaining clean, organized and professional office environment;  process incoming and outgoing mail; track and compile business projects; research products, policies, regulations, and other information as assigned; track time and expenses by multiple projects and or clients; processing financial data, cost coding and entry into MS Access; A/R and A/P; basic familiarity and use of Adobe Photoshop.

Ability to handle highly private and confidential business and client information; must be 18+ years of age or older and have a valid California driver’s license; Two year degree is mandatory/Four year degree preferred; minimum of one year clerical experience;  Must have sound familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Access and possess excellent communication skills.

Prepares grant applications from private and public sources; responsible for reviewing and analyzing information and developing new initiatives for Tribal grants and development; knowledge of the holdings of the tribe, the value and infrastructure, strategize and write grant proposals including project budgets; monitors grant proposals, prepares follow up reports; administers and completes compliance initiatives for grants; researches grant opportunities.

Ability to look at costs, trends, cost-to-benefit ratio and economic units; must be extensively computer literate and have a broad based knowledge of computer programs and software; must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid California driver’s license; must have excellent written and verbal skills; must have a 4 year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working with and advising the Board of Directors; coordinating events with volunteers; provide statistical reports to Directors, Board Members, and Officers; partner with other community agencies; coordinate support group meetings; responsible for coordination of two large events that are held annually; marketing services and networking with community; set-up and maintain filing system.

Ability to answer questions without giving medical advice; ability to communicate professionally both written and orally, event coordination/marketing skills and non-profit work history/experience is preferred.  Must have a valid California driver’s license, vehicle and proof of insurance; High school diploma or GED and college course work or degree is preferred; must be a minimum of 18+ years of age.

Apartment maintenance for a 44 unit apartment complex. Responsible for Unit turn-over’s, painting, plumbing, basic electrical repair, sheetrock/wall repair, basic appliance repair/installation and light landscaping/maintenance.

Ability to work independently and able to stand, sit, bend, pull, lift, climb stairs/ladders, and work in various elements of weather.  Must have a valid California driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be detail oriented and a minimum of 18+ years of age. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROPERY MAINTENANCE.

Provide care and training to adult males with developmental disabilities; assist in maintaining daily logs and records for tracking behaviors; provide and supervise recreational activities in the facility and in the community;  assist residents with self administration of prescribed medications; help with all household duties and assist with preparing and serving meals; transport residents to and from their day program and doctor appointments; participate in on-going consulting from Behaviorist and other training; perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to work over night shifts 3 days a week; must be self motivated and energetic, be flexible to the needs of the employer, be in good physical and mental health condition and have no prior criminal record.  Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid California driver’s license.

  Abilities:

Will be teaching Pet Parents how to train their dogs; you will be teaching a class with up to 12 dogs; you will be responsible for sales ; good dog handling skills a must; program based on positive reinforcement methods.

Custodian:   FT – 40hours per week – Wage depends on experience.   Hours are 5pm – 1am.

Applicant will be responsible to clean all parts of the building.  Will sweep, scrub, mop, wax and polish floors.  Will clean restrooms and restock with supplies.  Empties trash and disposes of hazardous waste in a safe manner. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times.  Must have background in building maintenance and be familiar with cleaning a commercial building.  Must be able to lift or move 60 pounds.  Must be able to stand, bend, reach, twist, push, pull and climb for long periods of time. Shirts are provided and jeans can be worn to work. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
