Established company in Yuba City is seeking to hire a FT Customer Service Associate/Receptionist for their busy office.
Essential Duties:

  • Greet customers in person and on the telephone.
  • Pull orders from the computer and/or customer's file.
  • Verify insurance, status of claims, and research/send information/data to insurance companies in an expedited manner.
  • Schedule appointments; follow up calls to customers.
  • Data entry/typing.
  • Filing and record management.
  • Heavy telephone; offer information on services, screen/route calls, take comprehensive messages for staff.


  • HS/GED
  • Experience with insurance is highly preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task; work with constant interruption.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills (MS Office; Outlook)
  • Knowledge of scheduling appointments.
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
