An established Colusa based company is seeking a FT (32 hours per week) Office Clerk. Essential job duties:

  • Scan and organize documents on shared drive
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office 2013
  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Answer calls/route to appropriate staff
  • Assist with A/P and A/R
  • Provide back up to office staff


  • Skills/experience operating MS Office
  • Ability to use/operate QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of A/P and A/R
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Is outgoing and has a positive personality
  • Professional appearance
  • Works independently
