Sutter County One Stop is dedicated to helping people develop skills and knowledge to pursue opportunities in high-demand fields. If you would like to gain new skills or improve your existing skills, there are many training programs available to fit your needs through public schools, private schools, and government-supported programs. In a short time, you can be on your way to a new career.  Don't worry if you are unsure what career would be a good fit for your skills, interests, and abilities, we have assessments you can take to help narrow down your options. If you have training in mind, but you do not know who offers the program, we can help you explore the resources available to you.

Vocational Nurisng Program Applications
We are now accepting applications for the Vocational Nursing program. The class begins in January 2025. Applications are available from 6/3/2024-8/30/2024 online or at our office located at 950 Tharp Road #1000, Yuba City, CA 95991. Applications are due in person to the Sutter County One Stop by 8/30/2024.

Help with Training Expenses
Do you need help with training expenses? Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) assistance is available for some training programs. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements. In addition to financial assistance, WIOA also assists with employment opportunities after the training is completed. Please complete this form.
