Sutter County One Stop is dedicated to helping people develop skills and knowledge to pursue opportunities in high-demand fields. If you would like to gain new skills or improve your existing skills, there are many training programs available to fit your needs through public schools, private schools, and government-supported programs. In a short time, you can be on your way to a new career.  Don't worry if you are unsure what career would be a good fit for your skills, interests, and abilities, we have assessments you can take to help narrow down your options. If you have training in mind, but you do not know who offers the program, we can help you explore the resources available to you.

Do you need help with training expenses? Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) assistance is available for some training programs. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements. In addition to financial assistance, WIOA also assists with employment opportunities after the training is completed. Please complete this form. Sutter County Adult Education provides educational opportunities and services to equip adults with the knowledge and skills necessary to participate effectively as citizens, workers, parents, family, and community members.
