At Sutter County One Stop, youth and young adults ages 16–24 have access to a wide range of services designed to prepare you for success in work, education, and life. Our mission is to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to move forward with purpose.
Ready to embark on your career journey? We’ll guide you through every step, from exploring career options and building a strong résumé to securing employment and succeeding on the job. Whether you’re entering the workforce for the first time or looking to gain valuable experience, we can connect you with both paid and unpaid work opportunities that help you grow.
Not sure what path is right for you? We offer career exploration, assessments, and guidance to help you identify goals and discover opportunities that fit your interests and strengths. Eligible participants may also receive support for vocational training to build in-demand skills and increase employability.
We're also committed to supporting students with disabilities and individuals with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Through inclusive, personalized services, we provide access to career development, work experience, training opportunities, and the resources needed to succeed. Your future begins here.

We offer a YES -Youth Employment Strategies workshop. This 4-day workshop, tailored for individuals aged 14-24, offers invaluable insights into securing your desired job. Our experienced staff will patiently guide you through essential steps such as completing applications, crafting resumes, fostering workplace ethics, exploring diverse job search strategies, and honing presentation skills, including appropriate dress. Additionally, you'll engage in mock interviews to refine your interview techniques. Join us and embark on the journey towards your professional aspirations.
