Job seekers can access a wide range of services at the Sutter County One Stop. Whether you’re looking for your first job, a new job, making plans for a radical career change, adding a skill, or going back to school, we are here to help you succeed! Staff assistance is available to help those job seekers with job search activities such as access to local and regional job openings, labor market information & career pathways, assistance completing applications, developing resumes, interview preparation and coaching, and no-cost skills testing with the ability to obtain certificates of achievement. In addition, we can provide referrals to other agencies and services as needed.

Veterans receive priority of services* in job and training referrals and other employment-related services.
*Priority of services means Veterans, transitioning service members and eligible spouses of Veterans can receive access to programs or services earlier than the general public. 

We offer a Ticket to Work Program for SSI and SSDI beneficiaries and an Assistive Technology Workstation featuring a variety of tools is available for individuals with disabilities. 

Some customers may also qualify for additional services such as: career planning, individualized job placement, and/or financial assistance with training or work-related expenses and follow-up services to maximize success in the workplace.
